NO RIDE IN THE PARK

Are you ready to be inspired? Get in line and show up early because the secret is out. Evan Edwards (aka Double E) is a successful Business Development Consultant by day, who moonlights as a spinning DJ and spin instructor by night. By now we all know the benefits of spinning - the popular group-cycling class that can torch up to an average of 500 calories per 40-minute ride. Edwards teaches at the YMCA in Hollywood. For a chance to experience his heart-pumping musical voyage, one best sign up early. And, by “sign up,” we mean, “get there at least an hour early to reserve a bike.” Double E, as his disciples call him, has a cult-like following because he has turned his bi-weekly hour-long class into a religious experience. His classes are hard. No joke. But, Edwards’s dad was an influential music executive and the skill trickled down. Double E’s insider knowledge opens up a world of musical knowledge that helps to make your fitness goals a reality. Plus, the music he plays begs your legs to keep pedaling. It’s no ride in the park, but you will definitely feel rewarded as the hour passes and you pedal your way to a leaner stronger body.
