    La Cachette has gained quite an impressive reputation since premiering in Century City in 1994. Chef / Owner Jean Francois Meteigner redefines French cuisine with his signature “cuisine naturelle” style of cooking which uses little or no cream or butter. Thanksgiving dinner starts at 4:30pm with a set menu of three courses and dessert. They’re not exactly cheap, but think of all the time and cleanup you’ll be saving.     If you’re closer to Studio City, check out Pinot Bistro. Rated as one of the best restaurants in the Valley by Zagat’s Guide, they offer an intimate and relaxed destination for traditional French cuisine.
